Refund policy
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
Every Halmere product comes with a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email support@halmerehome.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the product with all brush heads and accessories in its original packaging where possible and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.
Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost. Email us with photos of the issue and your order number and we will arrange it immediately.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be returned with all included accessories.
- Normal use is fine. We do not refuse returns for a product that has been used and cleaned.
- Replacement brush heads and consumables are not eligible for return once opened, unless defective.
Lifetime warranty
