Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days after they ship. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, email support@halmerehome.com and we will look into it.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can update the address until the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will never be left to sort it out with the carrier yourself.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We plan to expand to more countries and will update this page when we do.
